Built for founders who've stopped guessing

Founders who want a second brain in the room, not another advice thread.

Two founders reviewing a plan on a laptop

Pre-seed founders

You have a product and a handful of users, but no clear read on what to build next or who to sell to.

Seed-stage operators in a working session

Seed-stage operators

Revenue exists, but growth is lumpy. You need a repeatable motion before your next raise, not more advice threads.

First-time CEOs

You've never managed a board, hired a leadership team, or run a fundraise — and you'd rather not learn it live.

The method

Four stages, run in order, every engagement

i

Diagnose

We audit the business as it stands today — metrics, team, market — and name the single constraint holding growth back.

ii

Design

Your coach builds a 90-day plan against that constraint, with weekly milestones you'd be embarrassed to miss.

iii

Drive

Weekly 1:1 sessions hold the plan to the calendar — reviewing what shipped, what stalled, and what to cut.

iv

Sustain

We hand off a durable operating rhythm — the meetings, metrics, and decisions you keep running after coaching ends.

"We went into coaching thinking we needed a growth hack. What we actually needed was someone to tell us which three things to stop doing."
PNPriya Nambiar — Co-founder, Loop Logistics (Seed)

Common questions

Before you enquire

On your diagnostic call we map your stage, sector, and current constraint, then pair you with a coach who's operated through the same problem — not a generalist.

Yes. Founder Sprint clients can roll their fee into Growth Coaching within 30 days if the engagement needs to extend.

Not currently. We keep the relationship advisory and unconflicted, so our incentive stays tied to your plan, not your cap table.

If you have a working product and at least a handful of real users or early revenue, you're ready. Pure idea-stage is better served by our free office hours.
